MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — One person was trapped after a car crashed into a building at an apartment complex in south Keyport, according to Ocean County Scanner News.
The wreck was reported at Holmdel Pointe Apartments, located on Center Street off Main Street. It was first reported by OC Scanner at 3:16 p.m.
Officials have not released details on the circumstances behind the incident, but at the time of the report, emergency crews were on the scene for a victim pinned at the site.
It remains unclear at this time whether the trapped victim was an occupant of the vehicle or the impacted building.
No information regarding the extent of injuries has been shared.
