TRENTON, NJ – Two people were killed in a multi-house fire that happened in the Chambersburg area of Trenton early Christmas morning, according to information from 6ABC and  NJ.com.

The fire occurred in the 200 block of Rusling Street at around 3:30 a.m., when a fire spread through six two-story attached houses.

Two people were pronounced dead after the fire.

The cause of the fire was not immediately released, and the incident remains under investigation.
