Elderly pedestrian struck by truck in Southampton

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ – An elderly pedestrian was hit by a truck on Route 206 in Southampton on Tuesday afternoon, according to Daily Voice.

Emergency crews responded to the accident scene near the Wawa in the 2300 block of U.S. Route 206 at about 1 p.m.

The injured pedestrian suffered a head injury and was transported from the scene by a helicopter. He was reportedly unconscious at the time.
