Young adult victim airlifted from car fire in Hillsdale

HILLSDALE, NJ – The young adult victim of a car fire was airlifted from a parking lot in Hillsdale on Sunday evening, according to Daily Voice.

A 20-year-old was severely burned and airlifted from a scene in the parking lot of the Stonybrook Swim Club on Cedar Lane near Piermont Avenue at about 10 p.m.

The helicopter transported the victim to St. Barnabas Medical Center with burns on his upper body, including arms and throat. An update on the victim’s condition has not been made available, at this time.

Bergen County officials and Hillsdale police are both continuing investigations into the incident.
