NORTH BRUNSWICK TOWNSHIP, NJ – A woman died after she was struck on her motorbike in Mercer County Tuesday night.
The Trenton woman, 40, was traveling in the center lane of Route 1 South near Station Avenue on her motorbike when a driver in a Ford struck her, reports the Daily Voice. She was ejected from the bike and landed on the roadway. She was hit by several other vehicles due to heavy traffic in the area.
The driver in the Ford stayed on the scene and waited for police to arrive.
She was rushed to Capital Health Regional Medical Center but succumbed to her injuries and died at the hospital.
