RIDGEWOOD, NJ – A woman was injured and her dog killed as the pair crossed a street in Ridgewood Monday morning, reports the Daily Voice
The woman was crossing North Broad Street near Ridgewood Avenue when she and her dog were struck by a woman in a Jeep Liberty.
The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson with a fracture to her leg. Her dog was killed in the incident.
The driver in the Jeep received a summons for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
