Woman airlifted after amusement park ride

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – A woman was airlifted after taking a waterslide ride at the “Land of Make Believe” amusement park and losing consciousness on Tuesday.

Details of the incident have not been released beyond that the woman said she was unable to feel her legs after sustaining an injury to her head.

She was taken via helicopter to a local hospital in Morristown around 1 p.m., according to Dailyvoice.com.

The amusement park has been operating for more than 60 years and only recently reopened after coronavirus restrictions.
