UPDATE: Door Dash Driver’s Vehicle Swept Into River Monday

>
PASSAIC, NJ – Yesterday, we posted a story about a young woman getting caught in a flash flood while driving for Door Dash. According to MSN, Nathalia Bruno attempted to exit her car and get out of the river; unable to pull herself from the water, she was pulled along for an entire mile at around 30 mph under the city of Passaic.

Bruno was eventually shot out onto someone’s property. The homeowner called the police, and the police arrived with EMS. Bruno was checked over by medics who reported that besides shock, she was completely uninjured. Door Dash confirmed that they would cover any medical costs and offer financial assistance.
