SPRINGFIELD, NJ- A collision involving a vehicle and a truck on Country Road 628 in Springfield killed two and injured two others early Sunday, according to NJ.com.
At approximately 4:15am, a vehicle struck a box truck exiting a driveway near milepost 3.3 of the roadway in Springfield. The driver and a rear passenger were thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, while the front passenger and an additional rear passenger suffered minor injuries. Only one was wearing a seatbelt. The driver of the truck was not harmed.
