GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — A 34-year-old man from Richmond, Texas died early Friday after a single-vehicle crash in Elk Township, according to NJ Advance Media.
The fatal collision occurred near the 100 block of Laux Road, in the Monroeville area. Elk Township Police were called to the scene at about 3:40 a.m
Details remain limited, but authorities said the man was driving eastbound on the road, when, for reasons still unknown, his vehicle traveled off the roadway and hit a tree.
The man died from his injuries at the scene, confirmed police.
An investigation into the cause of the wreck remains ongoing.
