ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — Two 19-year-olds died Wednesday night, August 9, after a single-vehicle crash off the Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton, according to Daily Voice.

The fatal accident occurred on the eastbound side of the expressway at milepost 23.4, about a mile east of Weymouth Road. It was first reported at 10:26 p.m.

New Jersey State Police have not disclosed a possible cause of the wreck, but preliminary details indicate 19-year-old Andres Hernandez-Creamadel, an Atlantic City resident, was driving eastbound. At one point, he veered off the right side of the roadway, causing the vehicle to hit a tree.

Both Hernandez-Creamadel and his passenger, 19-year-old Jazaya Lee, of Vineland, died from injuries sustained in the crash, confirmed officials.

No further details have been provided at this time, but an investigation remains in progress.
