HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A 40-year-old man has been charged following a collision early September in North Bergen that left a pedestrian injured, according to local media.

North Bergen Police said officers arrived in the area to find that Steve Inoa, a local resident, was driving a Honda Pilot that had hit a 65-year-old female pedestrian in the intersection’s east sidewalk.
