According to Burlington County Times, 44-year-old George Idell lost control of his motorcycle while trying to pass another vehicle on New Road at about 6:45 p.m. on Saturday. He struck the rear-end of the Honda Accord on his Harley-Davidson as he attempted to pass. Idell’s motorcycle veered off the road, ejecting the man.
Authorities transported the man to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries. No one in the Honda Accord was injured.
The accident is still under investigation.
