CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — A 31-year-old man died late Saturday following a shooting and a vehicle crash in Camden, according to NJ.com.
Camden Police said the collision was reported near Norris Street and Lansdowne Avenue at around 11:45 p.m.
While very few details have been released, officers arrived on the scene to find the victim, Alberto DeJesus, a Camden resident, unresponsive inside a vehicle that had collided with a pole. Less than 10 minutes later, he was pronounced deceased.
Authorities said that DeJesus had been shot, but it was not immediately clear whether he died from gunshot wounds or injuries suffered in the crash.
No arrests or pending charges have been reported at this time, but an investigation remains underway.
