FAIRFIELD, NJ- All lanes of Route 49 west of County Road 675 are closed due to an accident in Fairfield on Monday night, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

At approximately 7:24pm, the New Jersey Department of Transportation reported that a crash caused closures on Route 49 eastbound, west of County Road 675/Fordville-Goildtown Road. No updates on the closures have been released since that night.
