GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — A vehicle overturned in a crash Tuesday morning, blocking a left lane on the New Jersey Turnpike in Woolwich Township, according to 511NJ TPK.
The accident happened on the southbound lanes north of Interchange 2 to U.S. Route 322, or Swedesboro Road. It was first recorded by 511NJ TPK at 7:49 a.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but authorities indicated the closure impacted the left lane of only two total lanes in the area.
At this time, it remains unclear what caused the wreck, how many vehicles were involved, and whether anyone was seriously hurt.
