ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — One person was rushed to a hospital Wednesday morning after being struck by a vehicle on U.S. Route 322 in Atlantic City, according to Daily Voice.
Authorities said the incident occurred at the intersection with Winchester Avenue at around 9:26 a.m.
No information regarding the circumstances of the event has been disclosed, but the victim, who suffered injuries considered non-life-threatening, was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division.
It was unclear whether the involved driver remained at the scene.
An investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing.
