MADISON, NJ- A man was struck and killed by an New Jersey Transit Train in Madison on Monday morning, according to Daily Voice.
At approximately 8:45am, Morris and Essex Line Train #6611 struck a man near the New Jersey Route 124 bridge. The train was headed from Penn Station New York to Dover, and was supposed to arrive at approximately 9:17am. The victim was transported to Morristown Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after. None of the other passengers or staff members on the train were injured.
