SALEM COUNTY, NJ — A 71-year-old man died Tuesday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash at a driveway in Pittsgrove, according to Daily Voice.
New Jersey State Police said the fatal incident occurred on County Road 674 (Garden Road) near milepost 1.5, at about 3:11 p.m.
Preliminary details show the man was leaving a driveway in his Chevrolet Malibu when the vehicle was hit by an eastbound Land Rover.
The driver of the Malibu was pronounced deceased following the crash.
State Police said the driver of the Land Rover suffered minor injuries.
A section of CR-674 was shut down for nearly five hours during the emergency response.
It was not immediately clear which driver was at fault, but an investigation remains ongoing.
