UNION COUNTY, NJ – A late-night car accident at an Elizabeth intersection left several people with injuries on Monday, according to RLS Media.
The accident happened near the corner of Route 1&9 and East Jersey Street at about 10:45 p.m.
Three people were taken to the hospital in serious condition. Two other victims were transported for treatment with injuries that were not as serious.
It is unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
