According to Daily Voice, a tractor-trailer, a dump truck, and a Ford Fusion were headed south when they crashed near milepost 21 at about 2:50 p.m.
One person was trapped inside those vehicles.
Authorities confirmed that at least one person was pronounced dead after the accident. Another victim was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital.
