CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — A 30-year-old man has been charged following a crash early August in Pennsauken Township that claimed the life of another person, reports Daily Voice.

The fatal wreck occurred on U.S. Route 130 at Drexel Avenue, on Tuesday, August 8.

According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, the suspect, Michael Tucker, was found to have been driving while intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Daily Voice’s report did not indicate how many vehicles were involved, but one victim, 76-year-old Angel Caraballo, a Camden resident, was pronounced deceased at 9:47 p.m. that night. The crash also left an unspecified number of other victims injured.

Toxicology results that were released on August 24 showed Tucker’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to be above the state’s legal limit. He has since been charged with “death by auto” and “assault by auto.”
