ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — A rollover crash involving a dump truck was reported Tuesday afternoon on U.S. Highway 40 in Egg Harbor Township, according to Daily Voice.
The wreck occurred on the eastbound lanes (U.S. Highway 40/322, East Black Horse Pike) near Atlantic 684 and was recorded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation at about 1:45 p.m.
At this time, it remains unclear what caused the dump truck to overturn, whether another vehicle was involved, and if anyone was injured.
The eastbound highway was shut down in the area during the emergency response and initial investigation.
