UNION COUNTY, NJ — Authorities responded to a collision Wednesday afternoon on a New Jersey Turnpike exit ramp in Elizabeth, according to 511NJ TPK.
The accident happened on the ramp at Interchange 13 to Interstate 278 over Goethals Bridge. It was first reported by 511 at about 2:44 p.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but officials indicated at least two vehicles were involved. The scene was blocking the right shoulder, leaving all traffic lanes on the ramp open.
