TOMS RIVER TOWNSHIP, NJ – According to New Jersey Garden State Parkway 511, a crash took place on the Garden State Parkway SB in Toms River Township on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash occurred in the southbound lanes of the parkway, just north of Toms River Toll Plaza, and left the left shoulder blocked.
