TRENTON, NJ – A man has been charged in connection to a hit-and-run that led to a pedestrian’s death in Trenton last year.
According to the Daily Voice, the 44-year-old man from Central Jersey struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Route 129 and Lalor Street on August 29, 2021.
He was driving a blue Mercedes Benz E400 when he struck the person and fled the scene. After a lengthy investigation, authorities were able to arrest the man.
He was charged Tuesday with second-degree leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and endangering an injured victim.
