Alleged Drunk Driver Runs Red Light, Crashes into 3 Peds.

JERSEY CITY, NJ – A woman suspected of being under the influence allegedly ran a red light and collided with three pedestrians in Jersey City last night, according to NJ.com.

The collision happened on Ocean Avenue, near Claremont Avenue and Orient Avenue at 5:30 p.m., after 25-year-old Jersey City woman Michelle Graham allegedly ran a red light, then drove onto the sidewalk. There, she collided with a 26-year-old woman, a 28-year-old woman, and a 51-year-old man.

The pedestrians were taken to the hospital in Jersey City with severe injuries.

Graham was taken to the hospital as well.

She is facing a charge of driving while intoxicated, having an open container in a vehicle, and driving without a valid license.

The crash remains under investigation.
