EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – An early morning accident caused major problems on a New Jersey highway Tuesday, mycentraljersey.com reports.
The accident happened at about 4:41 on Route 18 southbound north of Tices Lane in East Brunswick, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. It resulted in a downed pole and downed wires.
The right and center lanes were closed for repairs and the work continued for several hours, causing delays for drivers in the area.
