SECAUCUS, NJ – A 35-year-old woman was killed in a fatal hit-and-run accident on July 6th. According to the Hudson Reporter, the Union City woman was walking near 850 Paterson Plank Road when an unknown vehicle struck the pedestrian and fled the scene. Emergency responders transported the victim to Hudson Regional Hospital where she later died from her injuries.
The initial investigation found that the vehicle was likely a 2017-2019 Chevy Suburban or Tahoe. Anyone with more information is encouraged to contact the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor. Our team will update if new information is released.
