UNION COUNTY, NJ — One person died late Wednesday after a collision in south Elizabeth that left two other people injured, according to local media.
Authorities said the accident was reported at 531 Bayway Avenue at about 11:35 p.m.
The circumstances of the crash were not immediately clear, but police officers arrived to find up to three victims suffering from a range of injuries.
One person, whose identity remains undisclosed at this time, was pronounced deceased shortly after.
An investigation into the cause of the collision remains ongoing. No pending charges have been reported at this time.
