UNION COUNTY, NJ — A rollover crash led to significant delays Thursday evening on the Garden State Parkway in Clark, according to local media.
The accident impacted the northbound lanes of the parkway near Exit 136 to Brant Avenue, near Mother Seton Regional High School. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene shortly after 5:00 p.m.
Very few details have been released at this time, but at least one vehicle overturned in the wreck.
Authorities said no major injuries were reported, but it was unclear whether anyone had to be taken to a hospital.
Motorists were warned of long delays impacting the area as crews worked to clear the roadway.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear, but an investigation by the New Jersey State Police was underway.
