Authorities respond to crash at Gloucester Township business

CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — A vehicle crashed into a restaurant Monday evening in the Blackwood area of Gloucester Township, according to Daily Voice.

The accident occurred at Pizza Point, located on Somerdale Road. Gloucester Township Police Traffic Safety Unit and Patrols were dispatched to the scene at around 6:30 p.m.

Officials have not released any information on the striking driver or the circumstances of the wreck, but no injuries were immediately reported.

A city construction official was called to the scene to conduct a building inspection following the incident.

An investigation remains in progress. No charges have been reported at this time.
