Man dead after being run over by 2 hit-and-run drivers in Orange

ORANGE, NJ – A man died after being run over by two separate hit-and-run drivers in Orange late last night, according to information from local media sources.

The collision happened at 109 Scotland Road at around 10:55 p.m., when the drivers of a silver SUV and a red pickup truck struck a male pedestrian, then fled the scene without stopping to render aid.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, was severely wounded and unconscious when authorities arrived at the scene. He was later pronounced dead.

Police continue to search for the suspects and their vehicles and to investigate the crash.
