HACKENSACK, NJ – The Daily Voice reports that a crash involving a sedan and an NJ Transit bus left one person seriously injured in Hackensack on Friday.
Officials say the crash took place on Main Street, between Coles Avenue and Jefferson Street on Friday morning. A 22-year-old driver of a 2006 Infiniti G35 crashed into a No. 165 NJ Transit bus just after 6:00 a.m.
The driver of the Infiniti sustained injuries in the impact and had to be extricated from their vehicle by first responders. They were then transported to Hackensack University Medical Center for treatment. The driver and passengers of the NJ Transit bus were not injured in the crash.
Police continue to investigate this incident.
