Stolen vehicle crashes into transit bus in Irvington Township

IRVINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ- Two people were injured after the driver of a stolen vehicle crashed into an NJ transit bus on Wednesday, according to local media sources.

At approximately 7:30 am, the driver in a stolen vehicle crashed head-on into the bus at the intersection of Grove and 18th Avenues. The bus then struck a utility pole, knocking down wires.

The driver of the vehicle was severely injured after the accident, while one person was minorly injured on the bus and complained of pain.
