FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ – Two men were killed in a head-on collision late last night in Franklin Township, according to NJ.com.
The crash happened on Tuckahoe Road at about 10 p.m., when the 61-year-old driver of a Hyundai SUV crossed into the lanes of oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a Nissan SUV.
The driver of the Hyundai, a man from Vineland, died at the scene.
The other driver, a 44-year-old man from Williamstown, was trapped within the wreckage for a time. He was then taken via medical helicopter to the hospital in Camden, and there he was later pronounced dead.
Authorities are asking those with any information on the accident to call Franklin Police at (856) 694-1415, ext. 271.
